1: Are there restrictions on where I can use the dresses?
We aim to accommodate various needs, so our rental dresses can be used in locations like beaches, marshes, or water settings. However, please clean off any sand, twigs, or debris after use and wash the dress before returning it.
2: How should I clean the dress?
We recommend washing the dress with warm water. Place it in a laundry bag and use a gentle cycle on your washing machine. Air dry naturally afterward.
3: Do I need to pay for shipping?
Yes, renters are responsible for shipping costs. The standard shipping fee is USD 15, which will be clearly noted when you place your order.
4: How do I return the dress at the end of the rental period?
Please use the provided packaging bag to return the dress at the end of the rental period. Retain the original packaging or use equivalent packaging for the return. There’s no need to pay for return shipping; simply use the prepaid return label we provide.
5: What if I want to return the dress because I don’t like it or the size doesn’t fit?
We strive to offer the best rental experience and provide the following options:
- If you choose to return the dress, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For size or style exchanges, cancel the current order and place a new one for the desired dress. Shipping fees remain non-refundable.
6: What happens if I return the dress late?
A late fee of USD 10 per day will apply. If the dress is not returned within three days past the due date, you will be charged the full retail price of the dress.
7: What if I want to keep the dress?
If you wish to keep the rental dress, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll offer you a special discount for the purchase.
8: What should I keep in mind while using the dress?
Avoid damage, stains, pulls, or tears, and keep the dress away from prolonged exposure to high heat or direct sunlight to maintain its condition.
9: Can I cancel my order before the dress is shipped?
Yes, you can cancel the order before the dress is shipped. Once it’s shipped, cancellations or refunds are not be supported.
10: Can I share the dress during the rental period?
Yes, you can share the dress with others during the rental period. However, ensure the dress remains undamaged.
11: How soon will the dress ship after I place my order?
We will ship your order within 1-3 business days, depending on your rental start date.
12: What if the dress is damaged or lost?
If the dress is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, you’ll need to compensate based on the damage assessment. For lost items, you’ll be charged the full value of the dress. If the loss is due to external factors like shipping issues, contact us immediately, and we’ll work out the best solution.
13: How do I cancel an order or change the rental date?
If you need to cancel your order or adjust the rental dates, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you.
14: Are the dresses new or previously used?
Our rental dresses include both new and gently used options. If you have specific preferences, feel free to let us know.
15: Where do the dresses ship from?
We ship from warehouses in China, the Netherlands, and the USA. The shipping location depends on the product. Contact us if you have specific requirements.
